1:1 Goddess Yoga Sessions allow space to journal, manifest, move and meditate. Through a journaling exercise we will gently explore our current beliefs and identify what's working and what's not. Using this knowledge we will visualize the life we desire and learn what living our best life feels like. We will take these feelings and turn them into movement through a series of Goddess Yoga postures. The movement will focus on opening each of your chakras and ignite kundalini shakti energy. The practice will end with a mediation/mini reiki session to integrate your awakening the vibrance of all that is possible.
